Eduard De Guardiola formed Vista Realty Partners, a real estate investment firm, in 2000 with the goal of developing a highly efficient and lucrative organization for the ownership, management, and growth of multifamily assets throughout the Southeast. He was the President and a Director of the Focus Group firms, a company that operated similarly in the real estate market, before founding the company in 2000. Mr. De Guardiola negotiated, oversaw, and coordinated the sale of a huge pool of assets worth $187 million dollars to two big REITs in 1998.
