Even Though Spotify has Signed the Deal, the Fund Return is Decreasing

Klaus Hommels is a well-known figure in the venture capital world. However, one of his investments has been found to offer only modest returns. Furthermore, one of the deals made by his partner raises even more concerns. One of his venture capital funds is currently underperforming compared to the top funds, having a net return of approximately 10%. This is of particular importance as the term draws to a close. One of the funds made a well-known investment in Spotify, which at the time of its initial public offering in 2018 was valued at approximately USD 29.6 billion (approximately USD 91 per capita in the United States).
