BBC Moneybox exposes FCSA umbrella company

According to the BBC’s Moneybox, an FCSA member umbrella company accused of withholding thousands of pounds in holiday pay from contractors. Last Saturday afternoon’s BBC Radio 4 program featured an anonymous contractor who claimed they had to threaten employment tribunal (ET) action before their umbrella company paid out holiday pay owed to them and multiple colleagues totaling approximately £6,000 each.
