Your business’s hazardous waste harms the environment and can put your organisation or business in serious trouble. Every business organisation or facility engaged in handling, generating, collection, storage, packaging, transportation and usage, treatment, processing, recycling, recovery, pre-processing, co-processing, and transfer and disposal of hazardous waste shall submit an annual return.
The annual return shall contain information regarding quantity waste generated, stored, recycled, processed or disposed yearly. The organisation will submit the information to the State pollution Control Board in Form 4 Hazardous Waste on or before 30th June every year following the financial year with which that return is related.
