BBC Moneybox exposes FCSA umbrella company

An umbrella company, has been alleged to have withheld a substantial amount of holiday pay from contractors, as reported by BBC’s Moneybox. The radio program, aired last Saturday afternoon on BBC Radio 4, featured an anonymous contractor who asserted that they had to resort to threatening employment tribunal (ET) proceedings in order to receive their owed holiday pay. Additionally, the contractor stated that several colleagues were also affected, with each of them being owed approximately £6,000.
